Rita Youssef holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the Lebanese University, where she worked in her field until 2013 before settling in Canada. She then joined the Adonis Group, where she demonstrated steady professional growth, leading to her appointment as Service Manager in 2019—a position she continues to hold. She is recognized for her professionalism, strong organizational skills, and proven expertise in management.
Committed to the Festival since its inception in 2017, Rita Youssef is an active member of its leadership and serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary, contributing meaningfully to its governance and continued growth.
