class=\"entry-content\"  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Canada was planted in the Shouf Reserve, in appreciation of this festival that has been running for 8 years and has been traveling to several Canadian states, and will now be visiting South America and Mexico in particular.<br \/>\nIn the presence of Minister of Information Ziad Makary, Lebanon&#8217;s Ambassador to Canada Fadi Ziadeh, and the festival&#8217;s organizers, the cedar was planted as a gesture of appreciation for the role of Lebanese cinema that continues despite all the difficulties.<\/p>\n<p>Before the Covid crisis, cinema used to produce 15 films annually, which decreased to 4 after the crisis, and the Lebanese Film Festival in Canada continues to spread these films around the world and build a cultural bridge between Canada and Lebanon in support of Lebanese cinema.<\/p>\n<p>A number of actors, directors, and producers participated in the celebration, who got to know together the largest reserve in Lebanon, which
