Nelly et son mari, Richard, sont les h\u00f4tes de la soir\u00e9e. Nelly se r\u00e9jouit particuli\u00e8rement de recevoir sa s\u0153ur Lucie, accompagn\u00e9e de sa fille, la p\u00e9tillante Charlotte. Durant la soir\u00e9e, Nelly, la m\u00e8re de Marianne, remarque que sa fille agit de mani\u00e8re plut\u00f4t hostile \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de certains membres de sa famille. En montant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tage, Nelly surprend Marianne en train de prendre une photo suspecte de sa cousine, Charlotte, alors que celle-ci se change en maillot de bain. Refusant<br \/>\nde lui avouer ce qui se trouve sur ses photos et pourquoi elle refuse depuis toutes ces ann\u00e9es que sa m\u00e8re les d\u00e9veloppe, Nelly s\u2019empare des rouleaux de photos \u00e0 pellicule, ainsi que de l\u2019appareil de Marianne. Pr\u00e9cipitamment, Nelly trouve une fa\u00e7on de quitter le souper dans le but de d\u00e9couvrir ce que lui cache sa fille depuis trop longtemps. The night falls, Farid lights up a few candles and sits on his couch, the room is unclean with leftover cans of tuna all around him. He eats in silence as he watches a candle placed where a TV should\u2019ve been. The next day, two men come to Farid\u2019s house, they leave with some of his furniture leaving him only his mirror. Farid looks at his reflection and decides to leave the house. He comes back home with a cage inside of it two little birds, he seems content with their presence. He feeds them as they joyfully play together but Farid turns sad, he touches the cage and decides to open it.
